Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of the digital products and services available from Not Just Any Media Ltd, and that they are instantly accessible to the customer upon completion of payment, refunds will not be given for any digital download or service purchased.

This policy is in accordance with clause 9.4 of our Terms and Conditions, which states that once we have completed providing the digital products or services, you have no right to cancel.

In the event that you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve the issue. This does not constitute grounds for a refund but we will make every effort to ensure you can access what you have paid for.
